Trader10 the Dow can tread water for another 12 months as the recession we all had to have was indeed a precursor to the dot com boom.
No one really understands just how important oil discoveries are going to be over the next few years as no one really understood how far the Daq would run during the dot comedy. Thats the beauty of it.

What we are going to see IF CVI salutes is a similar market hysteria as the market flocks towards oil.

We are on the ground floor for what it is worth but within 6 months the entire market dynamics will change irrespective of relative short term corrections.

It all hinges on permits. If CVI does not find one single drop of oil the market will run and run hard irrespective.It is all about perception.

But they must win the permits!!!!
