    Yes it is highly likely but it wont matter T10 if they find oil or not. All the market will want is hope of a good flow and it will punt accordingly.

    Besides CVI may well go to the highest bidder (heres hoping). So many variables.

    Lets just win those damn permits that's all that matters.
