There is a possiblity the price will be capped in between 1.5 and 2.2 until they sought the last remaining shareholder out. There's no doubt in my mind and the law that they only need 90% shareholders approval for the aquisition but could have to by law compensate the last reluctant shareholder , the average share price over a given period may be used in determining the outcome. Just a speed bump and nuisance but nothing that can hold the acquisition up.
