    Stick to the facts at hand and announcements released by ODN

    Firstly Odn released news on the 5 January 2016 stating the deal is delayed due to holidays.

    Now they need 100% of Gridcomm to agree.

    If they didn't need the approval of the remaining 6% then the deal would have been signed.
