The agreement is that all Gridcomm 100% must agree.
Stop posting false and misleading information. Do you have a degree in international commercial Law, I will say No.
Because ODN and Gridcomm made an agreement that 100% of Gridcomm must agree, ODN don't have any chance closing the deal unless the other 6% agree.
The Latest announcement would have been deal completed if what you are saying is true, but it's not completed.
Too much ramping going on, and others are turning a eye to the facts.
Same like everyone including myself thought this would get pumped to 10c to 20c
It's been almost 4months and they haven't closed the deal.
