I base my findings on ASX announcements and not from Eric on Facebook or google search.

If the deal was completed it would have been announced through the correct channels and that's via announcement on the ASX.

You should ask yourself why ODN didn't release further information. On every announcement it clearly stats that Gridcomm have to agree 100%.

If that wasn't the case they didn't require 100% then the deal would have been announced as completed.
