Totally disagree . Only 90% of shareholders approval is required by law, there could be hesitation until due diligence is carried out by Gridcomm , thats the risk I'm prepared to take.
Yes I was one of the "dreamers" that expected a massive run after the announcement, I'll wear that sentiment if it fails in the future , people always must DYOR the fact is I'm in the green and could pull out now for a modest profit but are willing to hold.
I remain a firm believer in having risk managed and spread across more than one stock and as stated in another post on another stock as fundamentals can change very quickly in a smallcap at any given time and as we have witnessed the last year in bluechips as well, so my sentiment may change tomorrow or next week we will see.
No fundamentals have changed for me only firmed up stronger in Odin .
As I said if it fails I'll wear it and move on,but currently to me me it looks like a good odds "risk"
