Did I ever say the deal was completed ? I just said that there is no way that the deal can fall through... If they need to they can use the corporations act to acquire the remaining 6%.
If you think it through, do you think they would rather get the last 6% on board voluntarily as to not create any bad blood and move ahead as a unit ?
