Hmmm...vol over last three trading days (inclduing today) is up on avg...and so too the price.
What could it be?
Some choices:
(1) PTN and LLP bury the hatchet and its in LLP's favout (The PTN price is down today)
(2) LLP are about to buy out the PTN 12 village sit manages
(3) LLC are changing strategy and want to take LLP "in house"
(4) LLP settle their covenant issues and remove the "finance monkey"
(5) An insto is moving back into property/REIT/retirement on the assumption that the property market has bottomed and the foreshadowed June 30 write offs are as bad as its going to get and the rest is now upside.
(6) Perhaps properties are now selling and the deposits held "pipeline" can now be accessed.
(7) None of the above and its just normal market ebb and flow forces.
I should know this but I don't...Does anyone know at what percentage point a speeding ticket is issued?
