I'm not sure how you can extrapolate that the business is close to break even from the figures given.
Annualised unweighted pipeline is almost a pick a number exercise
Customers, orders and cross connects indicate higher revenues but no clue as to breakeven
Annualised contracted revenue, based on how i read it, is the future state revenue once all deferred commencement dates start which may not be for a year or two, even more depending on how the contracts are staged
I think they are kicking goals, but I'm skeptical that they're kicking goals quickly enough to support a valuation above $2 at this present time
