I like that we are getting a good head start on a lot of instos/funds etc here.

I would suggest all retail holders get an understanding of exactly what this deal with BBI/ALERE will mean.

Read ALERE's annual report - look at the revenues

Think about it for a second - THIS IS THE GLOBAL LEADER

So really there would only be 2 scenarios -

1. ALERE pays for an exclusive license for LATERAL FLOW testing and 50cent sharperice for ADO would be cheap

2. The rest of the LATERAL FLOW market adopt or be squashed and left behind.

Either way will be multiples of the current shareprice.
