Hi spender1 :) The charts are always good for an educated guess, and as always, the fundamentals can change the market's perception of a stock. But, and it's a BIG but, the price action is driven by sentiment, not logic. Sure, the fundamentals can affect the sentiment, but the chart reflects the sentiment. I think the strongest situation is one where the fundamentals AND the tech analysis are in agreement, such as NLX. Also others like RDF.
