i am confused in you calling GUL a dog.

the Directors bought AGM shares at 27c and own almost 21m of them which at todays price is worth $21m

you say AGM will go for more then $1 and by extension AGM will get more then $1 if they hold on as well.

AGM will have roughly $22m in cash in the bank which equates to around 18c per share.

Its trading at 12.5




I actually see upside from here for GUL,in whatever they do as the current Board had the foresight to buy AGM.


Deitz who sits on the GUL board also sits on the AGM board and appears to be a very astute character.

Conversely AGM own 25m shares in GUL,which would then be transferred to ZFX if ZFX are successful in its AGM bid which i expect they will.
