Comment: GSJBW has initiated coverage on Connecteast with a 'marketperform/buy' rating and $1.33 valuation today and $1.50 valuation as at 30 June 2006. The broker said there is unlikely to be any significant positive news flow to act as a catalyst for a re-rating of the stock in the short term but they like the stock over the long term and said the industry structure of Connecteast is attractive.
