These guys will have enough licensing agreements currently and in the pipe-line to stand on their own two feet, but they're also extremely susceptible to a takeover given the story with Domantis, Avidia and the general interest in the antibody field.

Their market cap is only 100 mill too, a large discount to what was paid for Domantis and Avidia
