Oscarone, Nice write up although small but vary poss by sharecafe on destra.
Take time to check out the broker report on the QFX site as mentioned above by Dylan1 and you may have more of an understand of the reason for Destra's interest in QFX and IMO why they will make a full takeover (friendly - similar to the MPH deal where shares in destra are offered to both the management to keep them on board and share holders) and this will happen before qfx becomes profitable!
