Without going into to many details the NPAT was $4.8m including a $7.2m gain on bargain of purchase (not to even mention the tax benefit) - if you want to benchmark the past period results, you should adjust for this, which would bring the actual NPAT would be a loss of $2.4m... I know these guys have a great GM% and so I am keen largely for revenue to keep progressing strongly and let the other pieces of the P/L do the rest.

There's a lot to like about the business and the direction it's going, but I don't want my fellow investors and/or newcomers to be misinformed before buying.
