Flying-unicorn solutions to the ‘climate crisis’
Biden’s recent edict on climate “we desperately need a unified national response to the climate crisis because there is a climate crisis,” is laughable. We are going on two years now where our leftist city council passed a “climate emergency” edict at the behest of some “weather is climate” fearing activists (and Scott Huber) – but we’re still here, the sky hasn’t fallen. Some emergency, huh?
Biden claims we’ll do it all with renewable energy, but simple math, examining what it would take to get the world to zero emissions by 2050 say we must build, commission, and bring on-line either:
• One 2.1 gigawatt nuclear power plant each and every day until 2050, OR
• 3000 two-megawatt wind turbines each and every day until 2050 plus a 2.1 GW nuclear power plant every day and a half until 2050, OR
• 290 square miles of solar panels each and every day until 2050 plus a 2.1 GW nuclear power plant every day and a half until 2050.

Biden says: Americans will “make solar panels”? Uh … no. China and other countries make them all … then put them on fossil-fuel-powered ships to America.
