The interesting question to ask is what the KIS price will do when (not if) the Hunan deal is finalised.
In my view, KIS has made some very smart decisions in how they have funded the project. They have tightly limited the downside, yet kept much of the upside open. Even on a fully diluted basis, it remains cheap compared with the earnings potential.
