    Not so. Update 1/04/08

    JV with HNC is pending (still not approved by the Chinese Gov). It supposed to be approved between 4-6 weeks and the construction start at the beginning of May 2008. As far as I can see, KIS did not start any activities and MOU with HNC is MOU and not an agreement.
