The thing I am getting the sh@#$ with is the growing scope of information ASX is requesting and for what purpose. After that article I posted yesterday re ASIC and the debacle of a court case I am not 100% confident in the abilities of ASIC. It's one thing to have an off day in court but when your case has been described as complete shite as the judge put it I'm not so sure ASIC is the great saviour here. I wasnt in favour of delisting to start with but now I am getting splinters sitting on the fence. Watch the posts that will come from a victory in court and trading again. I am guessing 75% of them will get moderated but will be a great day ;-)
