flykk offers substantial benefits for merchants. I'm excited to watch the progress of flykk, I see it as having network affects and benefiting from a positive feedback loop. The more merchants that adopt flykk, the more customers take up accounts, the more customers flykk has the more merchants are attracted to adopt it and so on. It just needs that initial traction to grow and can then scale very quickly, and worldwide.
Whether it is different enough from other digital wallets to carve out decent market share remains to be seen. Hopeful though. IF they manage to get this to scale, this will be a very valuable business indeed.
