Someone has to pay the card transaction fees for routing transactions through a card scheme. ISX can't waive the fees, since ISX doesn't impose them. Usually, the merchant bears any card transaction fees associated with purchases. If sending money to a party that's not a merchant, the fees will have to be passed on to the sender.
The primary purpose of flykk isn't for people to transfer funds to each other. There are more important use cases where ISX will derive its profits from.
