I doubt that an ADI (authorised deposit -taking institution) will be approved anytime soon. even thought they were so close to getting it... and there aren't any ongoing court proceedings with ISXFEU. there will be an excuse to postpone I'm guessing.
NSX going through court would not be looked at in the best light even if they are different companies. actually what's happening with that ? The court case for recognition that NSX are a competitor of ASX. it seemed pretty straight forward to me that they ticked the boxes for their competition definition. NSX need an ADI also.
