'Decision set aside' means that the initial decision was wrong / partially wrong. so that's a good thing.
now the department has to change its decision. I wonder if it will take another court case to hurry them up.
I speculate how long ASX can delay the revision of original decision for? ... if there was/ is some collusion; hopefully not as long as previous interactions with agencies after the last ASX court case loss - which still hasn't been announced to the market.
