2021 / 5082 - NSX Limited and Australian Securities & Investments Commission
Phoned the AAT a few weeks back to enquiry about the NSX v ASIC 2021 / 5082 "Decision Set Aside" findings publication as quoted on their website dated 11/08/23, which hasn't transpired yet.
My first general contact after explaining what I required couldn't relay much info and had to go off and speak a supervisor as the file was flagged. Upon returning I was transfered up the chain were I learnt some more, and upon pushing for further details I was again transfered to a department head.
I was told both parties are working through whats suitable for publishing... confidentiality stuff etc etc etc - The timeframe to the report findings being published is unknown at this time. The advice given was to check the AAT site for details from time to time. The report / public findings will definately happen at some point.
