5K Google Play Milestone Achieved


From app launch to 500 downloads was acheived = 325 days

From 500 to 1,000 downloads = 86 days = 5.81 downloads per day

From 1,000 to 5,000 downloads = 382 days = 10.47 downoads per day = ~80% per day increase from the previous tier.


Based on google play downloads of 10.47 per day, I'll also assume that the Apple store is similar. I'd also assume that being a specific taylored app that a big percentage would use the flykk service once downloaded. Therefore up to 20+ new retail customers per day and increasing is a solid result to build from further.

Will be interesting to see how long it takes to reach the next tier which is 5,000 to 10,000 downloads. This will be a good indication of traction now the UK has opened up.

I'll update you again when the 10K milestone is acheived. Hopefully in about 6 to 8 months or less would be great.
