no, not what i mean i dont think.

a cyprus company run by the wife..... it had an issue with an asic decision/directive/answer and wanted it changed. im not sure what it was. coulda been about that auditor bloke asic is takin to court, or whether aussie courts have jurisdiction over greek citizens to inflict punishments when that is the sole job of a wife according to the good book, or whatever else for all i know.

would appear that either the wife was not gunna win against asic, or the problem is no longer a problem for her.... so bailed out of the action against asic 05march.

maybe bob can find some more info if any is needed?? i gotta devote some time to finding out where my Flykk card is... i will need it at the snow this weekend.
