    But see Greg, your analysis is the one that is limited and without anything supporting it.

    "The suspension decision was made under Listing Rule 17.3.4, which gives ASX the power to suspendtrading in an entity’s securities where ASX is of the opinion that a suspension is ‘appropriate’. Thesuspension took place in the following context:

    - speculation in the media as to whether ISX’s revenue for the six month period ended 30 June2018 (‘Relevant Period’) had met the milestones required to trigger the conversion of certainperformance shares5 held by iSignthis Ltd,6 an entity associated with ISX’s board andmanagement, into fully paid ordinary shares in ISX (‘Ordinary Shares’
    - the accompanying volatility of ISX’s share price;
    - a preliminary review ASX had conducted into ISX’s announcements which (among other things)had identified a number of contracts under which ISX was providing services to cryptocurrency exchanges, in the context of ASX’s publicly-stated concerns and guidance about listed entitiesengaging in cryptocurrency-related activities;
    - information provided in confidence by ASIC to ASX in a tele-conference on 1 October 2019 thatASIC had concerns with ISX’s books and records for the Relevant Period; and
    -advice from ASIC that it was considering launching a formal investigation into ISX’s compliancewith its disclosure obligations under the Corporations Act.

    This document states the reasons for the suspension, both initially and then why it continued. The initial suspension was for far more than price volitility. You only remeber that because ISX made certain announcements at that time to imply that was the sole or primary reason.

    Greg:

    ASIC has never said "the volatility was seened (seen?) to be over.." please show the document where this is stated.
