    If flykk will be largely merchant driven, why is there the need to charge users monthly inactivity fees?

    I can see why merchants will be keen to sign up: instant payments, no fraud/chargeback headaches, and they'll probably be getting a good deal on merchant fees as well.

    Users can fund their accounts from multiple sources - except the conspicuously absent Visa - which isn't expected to be material anyway.

    I'm still trying to understand the need for this inactivity fee? Obviously, the intention might be to drive client usage but then wouldn't it introduce risk in these early stages?
