Max, the project you are talking about was owned by Beadell, and was flying high on the ASX. I think they had some bad luck and got in too deep. If anyone is interested, the video below gives an overview. However, I think it might be too late for FG1 to get involved, as it sounds like funding is sorted. It could be an opportunity for individual investors to still get in on the cheap before listing. But I understand what you are saying. Companies like FG1 are in a great position to pick up a private company like Tucano very cheaply, but they need to move quickly as the good ones are being snapped up.
