That's not the point. Flynn was prevented from telling what he knows. That was why fabricated evidence was brought against him, and why he was coerced into making admissions by threats against his offspring. It's also why the judge wouldn't drop the case even when all the false evidence was discredited and withdrawn. Dirty beyond belief - and desperate too.
