Always important to cover Directors (& secretary) in thorough research of a coy before investing, I couldn't agree with you more.

I would agree with you that Palermo in his past may have appeared a colourful character and I believe might have also come under scrutiny for his part in a questionable IPO with another listed company, CGI a few years ago, but since my long term holding in OBJ I can't find any fault or problems with him as our current company secretary.

He is also company secretary of GLA which are doing ok.

PNO might also be worth a lucrative trade very soon on release of their commercial product thermalife hitting the shelves.
