Not sure when you'll get the redemption...the fact that CIY have managed to get 100 million into the fund via Fortress suggests all is not lost.

I reckon the majority of posters on here are shareholders rather than members of the mortgage fund...we'd be curious if you actually received your monthly distribution...if you did, then that's certainly a good sign. CIY have confidently stated on a number of occasions that they will repay the CBA on time - if so, and if they do get the expected inflows from their various investments, then you should be okay. Let us know if you don't get your usual distributions in the meantime...
