    I wouldn't do it.

I am on OCV....and we are finished...down the drain and the creditors now want to wind up the company which I am sure they will do. OCV is like a dear in the head lights saying "We cant believe they dont even want to have a meeting with us".....its over in my opinion.

With CIY though....its a very different story but to me honestly....its got a similar flavor.

They seem way to extended to be able to keep the business moving forward.

The 900 million converted to shares proves that.

Personally..I would not do it as I cant see any bottom on the share price at the moment until CIY get their act together...sell assets...get $$$ in the bank or something to prove some stability and their ability to stay solvent.

Its a hard time for companies like CNP, CIY, AFG, OCV....and some or many wont make it through it.

CIY.....well....I am sitting on the fence. Not holding....thinking its cheap and worth buying some shares but with a company like CIY...I could waked up to an MFS / OCV style of indefinite trading halt (now over 5 months for MFS / OCV) and bang! "Sorry folks....they wound us up too".

I'll lose a couple of hundred thousand. I'm young though and appreciate the learning and knowledge I have now acquired...however...I would not be loking at any company who is heavily geared in a time called the sub prime fall out as this truly is a credit squeeze and everyone....even the big companies likes citi group in the US are losing billions.

    Good luck all!!!
