FMG needs always to be aware of its owners financial implications of its decisions, whether motivated by possible political issues, or other issues such as merger / acquisition, exploration, capex, environment, international etc.. FMG in this instance just being a good organisation in responding to issues outside its control, to maintain and maximise value for shareholders.
