I believe this is not new tariffs, they were just doing a bit of tough talking and mentioned that if you do some sums and add up all the tariffs including ones put in place by Biden, then on SOME goods the tariffs are now at 245%. But nothing has changed, no new announcement from Trump, it's just a different way of adding up the ones already in place.
