Re: "no parts for Boeing jets running around in China"

After the invasion of Ukraine by the RF nearly all western leasing companies cancelled all aircraft leases in Russia. As Russia failed to return the leased jets ( according to International Law "Stolen" so no landing or overfly rights) there is no access to parts any more. The only way to carry out the maintenace is to canibalize a few aircraft for parts. This is what the RF have been doing for the last 3 years.

China could take the same approach for parts but not sure what will happen to the factories?

China have a few factories (joint venture with COMAC) that manufacture Boeing aircraft (estimates of about 7700 aircraft worth about 1.2 T over 20 years).

What "Mango Man" does not realise is a Boeing jet is made up from array of parts from several countries including our own (Aust) & China.
tariffs will impact the final price.
(Nice diagram from @aphysicist highlighting the country of origin for various parts)
