Yes. I thought the move to renewables and eventually green hydrogen was the best way forward. In my mind these turbines and solar factories would be in low value areas around the country...instead it will be Australia's greatest environmental policy disaster with the Great Dividing Range fragmented and ruined and second and third effects order such as weed ingress, soil run-off, the headwater and water catchment disturbed, extinctions, (the list can go on...) will continue for decades. But in 10-20 years , these environmental blights will need to be left in place, replaced or removed. Either way, it will be an unmitigated disaster for the environment.
