Designed to control the world using scare tactics knowing that people would fall for it hook line and sinker. You only need to read the Club of Rome documents from the 1960's to see how this hoax was deliberately designed and how they planned to implement it.
Its propaganda and deceit which has been played out in many forms over generations, climate change is the newest version of socialism to control the masses.
