The diesel cost savings should be near immediate once generation capacity goes live, they'll earn their credibility with me when I see a material shift in that cost line.
As for your recent focus: I think FMG could do without Whyalla for now, there's too much political & emotional baggage associated with it for a team that already has enough distraction.
