FMG outlook for Tuesday is positive. 58%Fe Futures were slightly up, however the spread has widened again. Last few days rises in FMG price were considerably greater than the relevant IO price change. The price of coking coal remains high favouring high quality IO. The latest Chinese government decision to close some furnaces during winter is supporting demand for 62%+ Fe ore, and 67%Fe concentrates and pellets.
