Hi Mate
I noted from hot copper forum that Chaina National people's congress starting a conference today to discuss various issues namely poverty in China. Usually theses sorts of conferences will identify projects that ultilise lots of steel.
This may result in IO futures to rise next couple of weeks. I hope my prediction is correct.
