Hi Kara,
By my rough calculation they have around US$2.4 Billion after deducting the recent dividend. Maybe waiting to get this to US$2.5, so they can smack both the US$478, plus US$1 Billion of the 2019. Will still have the US$1 Billion in reserve.
Should have that cash by next Friday, so that big announcement will be sooner than later.
And by March 2018 they will have the US$2.16 covered, or they might just bite the bullet, pay a break fee and pay it early.
