The Legislative Council as a House of Review can block the ALP's Program, infrastructure spend, new railroads, it can block new taxes as well so it depends on what the WA One Nation Legislative Councillors want to do (it is similar to the US Senate, Australian Senate or House of Lords in England).
Expected the IOP miners to go up 2day, all of them including FMG but the trade up has been extremely subdued to the point where the market punters either do not like the WA ALP or do not like the WA Legislative Council makeup.
