Doing business with any Asian country there is always loads of creative ways(even Channel 7 news team this am mentioned about corruption, it also mentioned on ABC FM radio program this am). Average Westerners either could not do it Asian local way, or could not report to board or annual meeting re fees involvoment, this is where the cross culture plus technical expert comes in hand and can't not neglect at all costs. Otherwise just like one of the Aussie company had to close the operation after spent more than 5 years operation in China! disclaimer
