    Warnie, correct me if I am wrong,If they do sell IO side to FMG for 35c;We share holders will not get any of it?

    ps I would be happy with 35c right now (would prefer 35c in Sep and $1 in Dec), but that would be the end of any interest in the company once the SP reflected the cash reserves.
