If the cost of building a brand bew rail line still makes BRM/FRS a viable and profitable proposition, imaging how much more valuable it is using an existing rail line running right through the tenement.
BRM has to be far more valuable to BHP than to an outside independent. Can't see BHP letting this just walk away. They must either counter bid or at least come up with a deal that makes them some profit from BRM. (rail haulage).
