Well I'm starting to think the existing offer is based on ether, and that WN have no other objective other than making a quick buck. The fact the shares are trading well below the $7 scrip "value" would lend support to this.
WN are in effect borrowing from their mortgage to buy their own house. It is zero sum economincs.
