It could be on the cards tpillans as the proportion of shorters has become pretty well untenable. About 70% of trades yesterday were shorters selling. That is the most in my records for FMG over the last year.
As the shorters frenzy increases just be careful as most shorts here get it terribly wrong.
Just a couple of questions just out of interest:
a) as many shorts cover in the same day that they sell has anyone noticed a change in the buyers/sellers ratio in the last hour or so of each day as they cover.
b) did anyone yesterday or day have trouble shorting with Macquarie
